Project overview
Inblox is our own product for online sellers who answer customers across many channels. Messages from LINE, Facebook and the website land in one inbox, and the sales team sees customer history and orders on the same screen — no app switching.
Everything is real-time over WebSocket. An AI assistant drafts replies and handles common questions, role-based dashboards summarise the numbers, and Web Push notifications reach staff on both web and mobile.
