Questions about design projects
- Three ways: a fixed project price when scope is clear, man-days with a budget cap (pay for days worked, never above the cap), or a monthly dedicated team. Every option starts with a written quote. Prices exclude 7% VAT.
- Two rounds per deliverable. Anything outside the agreed scope becomes a change request, priced before we start it.
- A free 30-day warranty after go-live covers defects in our work. After that, choose a Care Retainer (monitoring, security updates, about 8 hours of small changes a month) or a Priority SLA with 4-hour response and 99.9% uptime.
- Your content, images and accounts for any third-party services we connect, such as payments or LINE OA, plus feedback within two business days so the schedule holds.
- Domain, hosting and cloud subscriptions, third-party licences or API fees, and App Store or Play Store fees.
