Short answer: a one-page landing page in Thailand typically costs 15,000–50,000 THB, a company website 50,000–200,000 THB, an online store 100,000–500,000+ THB, and a custom web application from about 300,000 THB. The real number depends on pages, features and integrations. All figures exclude 7% VAT.

What moves the price

  • How many pages, and how many unique page designs. Reused layouts cost less.
  • Features with a back office: membership, cart and payment, booking, document generation.
  • Integrations: payment gateways, LINE OA, ERP or the accounting system you already use.
  • Fully custom design versus a template. Custom costs more and fits your brand better.
  • SEO and speed from day one. Planned early, it is cheaper than fixing later.
  • Running costs after launch: domain, server and monthly care.

How Codelab Studio prices work

We do not sell fixed packages, because no two scopes are the same. There are three ways to work with us, and every one starts with a written quote.

Fixed project
Good for: Clear scope, e.g. a company site or store
How you pay: Fixed price in 4 payments
Man-days with a budget cap
Good for: Scope still moving, want to start fast
How you pay: Pay for days worked, never above the cap
Monthly dedicated team
Good for: Systems that keep growing
How you pay: Monthly

Fixed projects are paid in four parts: 40% to start, 30% when design and the core system are delivered, 20% before go-live and 10% at handover. Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions; anything outside scope is priced before we start it.

After go-live there is a free 30-day warranty for defects in our work. After that you can run it yourself, take a Care Retainer (monitoring, security updates and about 8 hours of small changes a month), or a Priority SLA for critical systems with 4-hour response and 99.9% uptime.

Questions to ask before you accept a quote

  • Does the price include design, content, images, domain and server?
  • How many revision rounds, and how is out-of-scope work priced?
  • Will you hand over the code, admin accounts and domain ownership?
  • Who looks after the site after launch, and who do I call if it goes down at night?
  • Can I see work in progress, or only at the end?

What to prepare before the first call

Bring two or three websites you like, a rough list of pages, your budget and your target launch date. If you already have content, images or third-party accounts such as payments or LINE OA, send them too. That is enough for a close estimate on the first call.

FAQ

How long does a company website take?

Usually 2–4 weeks, depending on page count and how quickly content and approvals come back. We ask for feedback within two business days to keep the schedule.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Our quotes exclude 7% VAT.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds per deliverable. Extra work outside scope becomes a change request, priced before we start.

Are there monthly costs after launch?

Domain and server at cost. Monthly care is optional, and the first 30 days after go-live are covered free.
